About this website.
Grandpa's Drum is an initiative operated by Fast Hands Drum Studio, initially serving the Hudson Valley region of New York. This notice describes the public website in its current launch phase. It will be updated before online inquiry forms or other new data-collection services are enabled.
Information you provide
At present, this website does not provide online donation, instrument-request, or volunteer submission forms. It does not accept photo uploads or create visitor accounts. Please do not send personal or sensitive information through features that have not been announced as active.
Technical information
Like most websites, the hosting infrastructure may process technical request information such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages, and timestamps for delivery, security, and troubleshooting. Retention and access depend on the hosting and server configuration. We do not promise that technical logs are never collected.
External services
The site currently loads fonts from Google Fonts and photographs from Unsplash-hosted image URLs. Visiting a page may cause your browser to contact those providers, which may receive technical request information under their own policies. We are not currently advertising a third-party analytics or marketing tracking service on this site.
Future inquiry forms
Before enabling instrument donations, requests, or volunteer inquiries, we will identify the form provider, explain what information is collected, why it is needed, how it is handled, and how to request access or deletion where applicable. The applicable form provider may also publish its own privacy notice.
Questions and updates
We will revise this notice as the website's features and data practices change. A dedicated contact channel is being established; we will publish it here before opening online inquiries.
Organizational status
Grandpa's Drum is currently an internal philanthropic initiative of Fast Hands Drum Studio, not a separately incorporated nonprofit or recognized 501(c)(3) organization. Donations should not be assumed to be tax deductible. Instrument offers and requests, once enabled, will be reviewed individually and are not guaranteed to be accepted or fulfilled.
